Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges

UK Deliveries

We only use the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. Delivery is free on purchases over £50 for members of the Direct Savers Club (join here). Non-members pay £5.99 on all orders.

International Deliveries

We use the Royal Mail Tracked service. The cost is £9.99 for members of the Direct Savers Club or £14.99 for non-members.

Note: The international Royal Mail Tracked service only provides tracking and insurance to the customs border of the destination country where it is accepted by the local post service.


Our reputation depends on our level of service and customer satisfaction. All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use. In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged please return them for a refund or replacement.

Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size or colour for example), a refund of the purchase price of the goods will be offered subject to our conditions below. A returns form is enclosed with each order.

Our Conditions for Returned Items:

  • The product is delivered to us within 14 days of the day you received the product.
  • The product is not used, damaged, re-styled, washed or brushed.
  • The product does not smell of food, smoke or perfume.
  • The product has its original labels attached and is presented in the original, undamaged, branded packaging box.
  • A completed returns form is enclosed with the returned goods.
  • A copy of your invoice for the items is enclosed with the returned goods.
  • Returns should be sent using a tracked and signed for service with insurance sufficient to cover the value of the goods if lost or damaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the carriage of returned goods. Proof of sending will not be accepted unless we receive the goods.

Carriage charges to you (if any) will not be refunded.

You will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping.

If any of the above criteria are not complied with a refund will not be issued.

International Returns

International returns are subject to the above UK returns policy plus:

Goods must have a copy of the original invoice attached and marked with the words ‘GOODS RETURNED AS NOT SUITABLE’.

We will deduct any fees and taxes charged to us by the carrier or UK Customs from the refund.

We aim to process all refunds on the day they are received by us. Refunds are credited to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account; we have no control over this as the process is with your bank.
