Shipping

We provide free carriage for all orders using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service. Products that are in stock are despatched the same day if ordered before 12.00 pm. If a product is not in stock we despatch it using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service within one working day from the day we receive it.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return or refund please ensure:

  1. The product is back with us within 14 days of the day you received the product.
  2. The product is not used or damaged, has its original labels attached and presented in the original undamaged branded packaging box.
  3. You include your name, address, your order number and if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. For exchanges please telephone the office during our open hours Monday – Friday 9.30am – 3.00pm on 01793 507717.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

To return your order(s), use the pre-paid returns label which is enclosed with each delivered order.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, you must notify us immediately.
