We provide free carriage for all orders using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service. Products that are in stock are despatched the same day if ordered before 12.00 pm. If a product is not in stock we despatch it using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service within one working day from the day we receive it.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return or refund please ensure:
- The product is back with us within 14 days of the day you received the product.
- The product is not used or damaged, has its original labels attached and presented in the original undamaged branded packaging box.
- You include your name, address, your order number and if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. For exchanges please telephone the office during our open hours Monday – Friday 9.30am – 3.00pm on 01793 507717.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
To return your order(s), use the pre-paid returns label which is enclosed with each delivered order.
If you received a damaged product, you must notify us immediately.
